If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or neighbors.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for non-delivery or additional shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
