- Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
